These Terms of Use apply to your use of boomfame.com (“the site”, “we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. What the site is

boomfame.com is a marketing website operated as a partner of SwagToons, a streaming service for short vertical series (app.swagtoons.net). The site lets you watch free preview episodes and continue to SwagToons to create an account and subscribe.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the site.

3. Accounts, subscriptions and payments

We do not sell subscriptions and do not process payments. Accounts, subscriptions, prices, renewals, cancellations and refunds are provided by SwagToons and governed by its Terms of Use and Billing Terms. Please read them before you pay. Questions about a charge or a subscription should go to SwagToons.

4. Content

The series, episodes, images and names shown on the site belong to SwagToons or its licensors and are shown with their permission. You may watch them for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not download, copy, re-upload, or distribute them.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not use the site for any unlawful purpose.
• Do not submit someone else’s e-mail address or false information.
• Do not interfere with the site, scrape it, or try to bypass its technical limits.

6. Your data

7. Third-party services

The site links to and works with services we do not control, including SwagToons and Facebook. Their own terms and policies apply to your use of them.
